The Eastern European IT market has been dominated for too long by agencies selling programmers by the hour. This model produces fragmented code, difficult maintenance, and a fundamental disinterest in the success of your business.
WafersHub was founded with a different mindset. We assume the role of System Architects. We don't charge you for "how many hours someone sat at a laptop", but for the final result, for the stability of the architecture, and for the value the delivered platform unlocks.
Proprietary Products (Ecosystem)
To demonstrate the quality we work at, we built our own B2B SaaS products (Wafers Dental, HR, Comms). What you learn by developing an enterprise-level proprietary product is invaluable, and we transfer that know-how into your platform.
Skin in the Game
We treat every project as our own product. If the platform goes down, it's our problem. If it doesn't scale, we rebuild it. We want long-term partnerships, not piecemeal contracts.
Engineering Mantra
Less Code is Better Code
Unnecessary complexity kills projects. We reuse components (Design System) and stable open-source libraries to reduce the client's future "technical debt".
Full Transparency
We don't estimate fantasy projects on paper just to catch the contract. If a feature is too expensive or useless for the MVP, we will stop you from ordering it.
Architecture > Design
A beautiful design without a technical foundation (PostgreSQL / Edge) will crack at the first 100 simultaneous clients. The invisible base is our absolute priority.
Continuous Innovation
We don't reuse 5-year-old architectures. We implement LLM models and voice agents wherever manual logic can be completely removed from the picture.
