Privacy Policy
The security of your information is our fundamental principle. Find out below how we collect, encrypt, and use data.
Please note: While this privacy policy covers our general website data handling, any proprietary data or sensitive information shared during our consulting or development phases will be protected under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and governed by the specific terms of our B2B contract.
1. Data Collection (Zero-Knowledge Design)
Within the WafersHub ecosystem, we apply the data minimization principle. We only collect the information strictly necessary for providing the service (email addresses, SSO login data, IPs for telemetry and audit). The content of your B2B platforms is isolated in your tenant.
2. Encryption and Storage
All data stored in our databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase) is encrypted at rest (At-Rest) using the AES-256 standard. All data transmissions are secured by TLS 1.3. Passwords are not stored in plain text; we use modern hash functions (e.g., bcrypt, Argon2).
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We are a company focused on private B2B infrastructure. We do not sell or rent data to third parties. Any external processor used (e.g., AWS/Vercel cloud services, email providers) is selected based on strict compliance with GDPR regulations.
4. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold.
- Right to Erasure: (Right to be Forgotten) You can request the permanent deletion of your data from our servers.
- Right to Portability: We offer data exports in standard formats (JSON/CSV).
